Every candidate visible within Tier One Private Staffing meets defined professional standards. Our screening process includes identity verification, background checks, reference validation, and experience review—ensuring families access professionals who are reliable, qualified, and appropriate for private household environments.
Tier One operates as a private access platform with significantly higher screening and verification standards than open-access job boards.
First Steps
Candidates begin by completing an application outlining experience, qualifications, availability, and role preferences. Applications are reviewed to confirm baseline professional standards and suitability for private household roles.
Approved candidates gain access to Tier One’s private platform, where families independently review profiles based on their hiring needs. Gold Tier does not involve open job boards or mass applications.
Candidates communicate directly with families regarding interviews, trials, and hiring decisions. Tier One does not negotiate roles or select placements on a candidate’s behalf.
What Sets Tier One Apart
Gold Tier candidates are considered for roles that generally begin at $25/hour or higher, depending on experience, role scope, and household expectations.
Gold Tier candidates complete identity verification, background screening, and reference review before gaining platform access.
Tier One maintains clear professional expectations for conduct, communication, and discretion within private households.
