Application Submission

Complete the initial application, outlining your childcare experience, certifications, availability, and role preferences. Under two minutes to start.

The Review Process

Qualified applicants are personally reviewed by Adam. If your background and experience meet our standards, you will be contacted directly by email to move forward.

Screening and Platform Access

Approved candidates complete identity verification, a Tier One Fully Verified background check, and our Code of Conduct before their profile goes live. Selected Founding Members receive their first year of platform membership free.

Build Your Professional Tier One Profile

Once your background check clears and your profile is approved, you will build your Tier One profile, a professional resume families can browse directly. Showcase your verified experience, credentials, and availability. You can also complete our 25-question Childcare Knowledge Assessment and earn a badge that sets you apart. No agency middleman. No placement fees taken from your pay.

Founding Member Spots Are Limited

A limited number of candidates in each market will receive permanent Founding Member status. That means your first year free, a permanent Founding Member badge on your profile, and 24-hour priority access to every new job posted before non-founding members ever see it. Founding spots are limited and will close without notice. When they are gone, they are gone.
