Founded by Experience: Adam Wroe
Tier One Private Staffing was founded by Adam Wroe, who has spent 30 years caring for children, including 14 years inside private high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth households. Over that time he has worked as a nanny, house and estate manager, family assistant, and family cook, handling everything from childcare and household operations to menu planning, grocery shopping, and preparing food for private events and dinners. That work, and the trust he earned from the families he served, shaped the standards that guide the platform today.
Adam created Tier One to bring greater professionalism, structure, and accountability to private household hiring. Because he has filled nearly every role a private household relies on, he understands how those roles work together and what a family truly needs from each person they bring into their home. Having worked on both sides of the hire, he also knows what professionals need to be treated fairly. That experience shapes how Tier One evaluates every candidate and supports every family through the hiring process.
